Delivery Information

All orders are processed and delivered as soon as possible. We advise that you allow a maximum of 7 days for receipt of your items. All orders are delivered by our courier and will require a signature to confirm receipt.

If you would like your items a little quicker why not pop into our shop within our spa, 26 Gavinton Street (off Clarkston Road), Muirend, Glasgow and browse our full range. Please feel free to call ahead and check on our stock.

Delivery is restricted to addresses within the UK only and has a flat fee of £4.46 per order, other than our gift vouchers which are delivered free of charge. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your order but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your goods please return them to us in their original unopened state within 21 days of receipt for a full refund. We cannot accept the return of goods which are not in a saleable condition unless they are faulty. Please note that we are unable to refund postage costs.

We are unable to refund anything returned to us which is not in its original, unopened state. If your purchase forms part of a set, all items within that set must be returned at the same time. Refunds will only be given to the original purchaser. Your statutory rights are not affected.

All product ingredients are listed under the product description. Please check for any allergies before purchasing as returns will not be accepted for allergic reactions. 

Returns Procedure

Should you need to return any items please follow the steps below: 

1) In the first instance please email us to advise that you will be returning your purchase at info@spatwentysix.co.uk quoting your full name, order number (found on your invoice) and the reason for return. Without this information we may be unable to refund your purchase.

2) Please return your goods to us in the original packaging with your invoice, please ensure that your items have suitable packaging. We recommend that you sent returns via recorded delivery as Spa Twenty Six will not be held responsible for items which go missing in the post.

3) Once Spa Twenty Six receive your items back we will issue a refund to the original purchasing card as soon as possible. Please allow up to 28 days for a refund to be processed.
