1. Do I need to complete a consultation form?
Yes. All new clients, or clients who have not had a treatment for 6 months, need to complete a consultation form. Your consultation form is reviewed with your therapist on each visit. Please note that it is essential that you notify us of any medical conditions and allergies prior to your treatment, so we can ensure your treatment is suitable.
2. When do I arrive for my appointment?
Arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior to your treatment time. Consultations and homecare recommendations are included in your treatment time.
3. Can I have a treatment when pregnant.
Yes. Once you are 13 weeks and had your first scan. There is a range of treatments that are suitable to have including, our Mum to Be Massage, Facials and most Beauty Treatments.
4. Do I need a patch test and if so what for?
Yes. Patch tests are required for the following treatments: Eyebrow Tint, Eyelash Tint & Lash Lift. Please note that these are required 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please note, if you have not visited within 6 months you will require a new patch test.
5. How long are Gift Vouchers valid for?
Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
6. Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
Yes. Any treatments that last over one hour, there is a 50% deposit.
7. Does Spa Twenty Six have a cancellation policy?
Yes. If you need to cancel your appointment we ask for 48 hours notice by phone 0141 629 2830 or 0141 472 3882 or E-mail:email@example.com.
8. Do you have parking?
Yes. We have on street parking available.
9. Are you near a train station?
Yes. We are a 2 minute walk from Muirend Train Station.
